KYODAI STAR AWARDS 2020
We are very pleased to announce the most awarded campaign so far "KYODAI STAR AWARDS".
KYODAI STAR AWARDS is addressed to all our customers, from all nationalities.
Period: October 01st, 2020 - December 31st, 2021
Participants: All KYODAI ACTIVE CUSTOMERS* will participate in 5 big raffles:
- 1st raffle will be in January 12th, 2021
Categories to be raffled: Gold - Silver - Bronce
- 2nd raffle will be in April 12th, 2021
Categories to be raffled : Silver - Bronce
- 3rd raffle will be in July 12th, 2021
Categories to be raffled: Bumper* - Platinum - Gold - Silver - Bronze
- 4th raffle will be in October 12th, 2021
Categories to be raffled: Silver - Bronze
- 5th raffle will be in January 12th, 2022
Categories to be raffled: Bumper* - Platinum - Gold - Silver - Bronze
Bumper* = Higher star score customers (without raffle)
Score: KYODAI STARS
- The KYODAI STARS will be assigned to every active customer.
- Every active customer will be set with a starting score, according to his/her transaction history.
- The period to be considered for calculating the number of stars depends on the market:

- 1 star for each of the first 20 transactions. "Half star" for other transactions.
- NEW MEMBERS registered in 2019, will get 10 Kyodai Stars as initial score.
- NEW MEMBERS registered in 2020 and later in 2021, will get 20 Kyodai Stars as initial score.
- 20 extra Kyodai Stars will be granted for those members who use Kyodai App. (assigned within the campaign period).
- During the campaign period, all the participants will gain more KYODAI STARS in every transaction.
- The transaction country destination and principal amount in JPY will determine the quantity of Kyodai Stars earned:

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING
- Settled transaction during the raffle month and the previous 2 months.
- Valid customer ID registered in Kyodai. (not expired).
- Customer and Receiver Type: Senders and receivers must be individuals (persons).
RESTRICTIONS
- All Kyodai staff and their direct family members are not allowed to participate.
- Kyodai promoters are not allowed to participate.
- Kyodai partners' staff are not allowed to participate.
PHOTOS OF WINNERS REQUIRED
- We are keen in showing that the prizes that our customers get in this campaign are actually handed to the winners.
- Therefore, we kindly ask our winning members to voluntarily take photos at our counters or send us a photo from their home showing the award received.
