WHERE CAN YOU USE  YOUR Ria KYODAI REMITTANCE CARD?

The easiest way to transfer money:  fast, convenient, and directly to your loved ones.

You can have one KYODAI Remittance Card for EACH beneficiary.

Automatically transfer the money to the beneficiary registered on the card.  

The service is available at Japan Post Bank ATMs and Lawson Bank ATMs nationwide.

Now, you can also use your KYODAI Remittance Card in any Lawson Bank ATM.

Lawson Bank has more than 13,000 ATMs in all of Japan, which work 

24 hours a day,  365 days

Due to maintenance reasons, you might not be able to use your cards.

1.     In the  Lawson Bank ATMs, select the Language

2.      Insert your Remittance Card

3.     Select your transaction, and select "Deposit"

4.      Insert the amount

5.     Confirm the amount, and select "Confirm"

6.     Confirm the details of the transaction, and select "Confirm"

7.     Take a photo of the deposit

8.      Select "Confirm"

9.      Return the card

How to use your Ria Kyodai Card at Seven Bank ATMs?



1.      Insert the card

2.     Select “ご入金”

3.      Select "Confirm"

4.      Insert the amount to deposit

5.      Confirm the amount and Select "Confirm"

6.      Review the transaction information

7.      Select "Receipt"

8.      Receive your receipt and the card



JAPAN POST BANK ATM SERVICE

You can send money to any of the 32,000 ATMs of the Japan Post Bank.

1.     In the  Japan Post Bank ATMs, select the Language

2.     Select "Deposit" 

3.     Select "Enter"

4.     Insert your Remittance Card

5.     Select "Cards issued in Japan"

6.     Read and select "Enter"

7.     Read and select "Enter" again to confirm the information.

8.     Insert the amount to deposit

9.     Confirm the amount, and select "Enter"

10.  Return the card and receipt



IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • The Ria KYODAI Remittance Card is only for making remittances to your beneficiary abroad. 
  • Only the cardholder of the Ria KYODAI Remittance Card can use it.  To do so, they must be registered as Ria KYODAI Remittance customers, as stipulated in the International Remittance Transaction Terms.
  • Ria KYODAI Remittance Money Transfer Fee is applied separately for each receiving country.
  • Only bills can be deposited into the ATM. 
  • The Remittance will be made after deducting the Ria KYODAI Remittance Money Transfer Fee and ATM fee.  You can check the Fee table  here
  • The limits of sending money depend on the receiving country. 
  • Please inform Ria KYODAI Customer Service when your card is missing, stolen, or damaged.
