1. Making Remittances

3. By inviting your friends to register in KYODAI Remittance.
Starting Score: Active customers start with a new score on January 1st, 2024 based on their past transactions. Scores from the 2023 edition are no longer available.

1st raffle will be on May 12th, 2024
Categories to be raffled: Silver - Bronze
2nd raffle will be on September 12th, 2024
Categories to be raffled: Gold - Silver - Bronze
3rd raffle will be on January 12th, 2025
Categories to be raffled: Bumper* - Platinum - Gold - Silver - Bronze

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL RULES
1.1 Campaign Duration: January 1 to December 31, 2024, open to all KYODAI Remittance customers regardless of their nationality or remittance destination.
1.2 Categories:
BRONZE (20-49 KYODAI Stars)
SILVER (50-69 KYODAI Stars)
GOLD (70-99 KYODAI Stars)
PLATINUM (100 KYODAI Stars or more)
BUMPER (Top KYODAI Stars scorers)
1.3 Draws: There are 3 raffles during the campaign:
May 12, 2024: BRONZE and SILVER
September 12, 2024: BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD
January 12, 2025: All levels, plus BUMPER PRIZE for the highest scores.
1.4 Permission: Winners might be asked by KYODAI Remittance to grant permission to use their name, nationality, and prize details for promotional purposes.
1.5 Photo Request: Winners are encouraged to share photos of themselves with their prizes for promotional use to this email marketing@kyodai.co.jp
1.6 Amendments: KYODAI Remittance reserves the right to amend these terms, cancel, or replace prizes at any stage if necessary.
*2. STARS GRANTING PROCEDURE
2.1 Starting Score: Active customers start with a new score on January 1, 2024. Scores from the 2023 edition are no longer available. (Please make a remittance during the campaign period to see your score).
2.2 Transaction History Score: Each active customer will be assigned an initial score based on their transaction history.
All remittances made from 01/01/2021 to 31/12/2023 will be taken into account. The first 20 transactions earn 1 KYODAI star each, while the remaining transactions receive a "0.5 KYODAI star" each.
2.3 New Members Score: Customers Registered in 2022 get 10 KYODAI stars, and those registered since 2023 get 20 KYODAI stars.
2.4 KyodaiApp Bonus Score: 20 extra KYODAI stars for KyodaiApp users.
2.5 KYODAI Stars for Transactions:
1 KYODAI star for remittances up to 30,000 JPY
2 KYODAI stars for remittances from 30,001 to 100,000 JPY
3 KYODAI stars for remittances over 100,000 JPY
2.6 Friends Campaign: Presenters receive 5 KYODAI stars for each presentation, limited to 20 presentations in 2024.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
3.1 Qualifying Transactions: Transactions made in the 4 months before the raffle date are eligible to participate.
3.2 Individual Customers: Senders and receivers must be individual customers, not companies.
3.3 Ineligibility: KYODAI Remittance staff, their family, Kyodai Market https://kyodaimarket.com), and Kyodai partners' staff are ineligible to participate in the campaign.
3.4 ID Requirement: A valid, non-expired ID is necessary to be eligible for the raffles. (Resident Card or equivalent)
3.5 Category Participation: Customers in higher categories also participate in lower categories raffles.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
4.1 Total Winners: 420 winners during the Campaign Period.
4.2 Prize Breakdown:
- Bronze: 267 prizes (89 winners per raffle) Winners get to choose from: (A. Set of products worth 5,000 JPY from KYODAI Market or B. 2,000 JPY Gift Card)
- Silver: 105 prizes (35 winners per raffle) Winners get to choose from (A. Set of products worth 9,000 JPY from KYODAI Market or B. 5,000 Gift Card)
- Gold: 30 prizes (15 winners in the 2nd raffle and 25 winners in the 3rd raffle) Winners get to choose from (A. Set of products worth 20,000 JPY from KYODAI Market or B. Nescafe Gold Blend Barista Machine)
- Platinum: 10 prizes in the 3rd raffle. Winners get to choose from (A. Set of products worth 30,000 from KYODAI Market or B. Google Pixel Buds Pro)
- Bumper Prize: 8 prizes in the third raffle- Winners receive a GoPro Hero Camera.
4.3 Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via SMS, email, and or phone call. Winners will be asked to choose their prizes and confirm their address to send the prize to their home.
4.4 Prize Options: Kyodai has the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value (If necessary).
Referential value of prizes: Gift card ¥2,000 / ¥5,000 Gift Cards / Nescafe Gold Blend Barista Machine ¥13,000 / Google Pixel Buds Pro ¥28,200 / Go Pro Hero ¥35,000
4.5 Prize Claim: Winners must claim their prize within 60 days after the raffle, presenting a valid ID.
