Participation method (member registration by KyodaiApp)

Refer a Friend Campaign Regulations
1.Overview
1.1. The promotion period is from 1st June to 30th November 2022. All customers can participate in this campaign.
1.2. In this campaign, when a referrer introduces our services to their relatives, friends and acquaintances, and a new member makes the first overseas remittance, the referrer and the referrer will receive We would like to thank both of you who have been introduced.
1.3. If the referred new member makes a remittance, the referrer and the new member will receive a 600 yen electronic QUO card. However, if the first remittance fee is free, the second remittance will be considered the first remittance.
1.4. In order to participate in this campaign, the referrer must be a user of the Kyodai app, and new members must register as a member using the Kyodai app and its e-KYC (immediate identity verification) function. I need you. Please note that member registration by other registration methods is not eligible for this campaign. However, customers who have newly registered at our storefront, our temporary counter at an event, or our business trip sales will be deemed to have participated in this campaign.
1.5. Officers and employees of Kyodai Japan Co., Ltd., subcontractors, related parties, and their families and relatives cannot participate in this campaign. Employees of our promoters and subcontractors are also not allowed to participate.
1.6. However, it is possible for a Company employee to become a new member introducer. In this case, if the new member makes a transaction for the first time, only the new member can receive the referral fee.
1.7. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion Rules at any time if it deems necessary or if circumstances arise beyond its control.
2. Member registration using the e-KYC (immediate identity verification) function
2.1. The Referrer shall inform the Referrer of the link to download the Kyodai App and request that the Referrer register as a new member using e-KYC (immediate identity verification) of the App.
2.2. If you have been referred, please be sure to enter the 6-digit membership number (account number) of the referrer in the "Introducer" field in the Kyodai app when registering. Please pay attention to the above two points and complete the membership registration. By doing this, both of you will be entered into the campaign.
2.3 New customers and referrals who have registered via the above two steps will be recorded by us and will be checked to see if the new customer has sent money for the first time.
3. Campaign
3.1. Once a week, we will check if a newly registered customer via the above steps has sent money for the first time.
3.2. The week mentioned above means Monday to Sunday, when the first remittance is confirmed, and if the referrer and the new member are users of the Kyodai app, the reward for the referral campaign will be given to both of them. I will do it the following week. If there is no first remittance in that week, it will be carried over to the next week. Participation in the campaign is limited to the first remittance. The campaign period will end on November 30, 2022.
4. Compensation payment
4.1. Rewards will be paid with a digital gift card (QUO Card Pay).
4.2. We will send a QUO card pay worth 600 yen to each referrer and new member to their registered email address. The email also includes instructions on how to use QUO Card Pay.
