Denshin Furikomi Processing Hours[ 2026-10-20 ]

Thank you for your continued trust in RIA Kyodai's services.

We would like to inform you that new processing hours for Bank Transfer (Denshin Furikomi) transactions will be implemented starting November 1, 2026.

Applicable Days (excluding Japanese public holidays)

Japan Post Bank & Kyodai Bank (UI Bank): Monday to Sunday.
Other Banks: Monday to Friday. Transfers between different banks (inter-bank transfers) (for example, MUFG to Japan Post Bank) are processed on business days only.

Denshin Furikomi Processing Hours

Once RIA Kyodai has received both your transfer funds and DF transaction request, your transaction will be processed between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM

Important Notes

• Processing time cannot be guaranteed and may take several hours depending on transaction volume, bank processing, and operational conditions. For urgent remittances, please use the App Top-Up service via Smart Card or QR Code.
• The exchange rate applied will be based on the rate available at the time the remittance is processed.
• Processing time depends on when RIA Kyodai receives your transaction request through the App.
• If you contact Customer Care after making a bank transfer, please note that inquiries are handled in the order they are received, and an immediate response cannot be guaranteed.
• The time required for transfer funds to reach RIA Kyodai may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Processing hours may be changed without prior notice.
• ATM fees and bank transfer fees are not included.
