As a financial services intermediary, our company does not possess agency authority for banks or other financial institutions listed under Article 11, Paragraph 2, Item 1 (a) to (e) of the Act on the Provision of Financial Services. Therefore, we are not authorized to accept requests for changes or cancellations of financial service contracts, nor to issue certificates or other documents equivalent to financial service contracts.
Matters Related to the Deposit of Funds:
Our company does not accept deposits of money from customers under any circumstances in connection with its financial services intermediary business. Furthermore, unless permitted by laws and regulations, we do not allow customers to deposit funds with any party closely related to our company. However, temporary custody of funds may occur when using our international remittance services (within the scope of the Funds Transfer Service).
Matters Related to Compensation for Damages:
Our company conducts deposit and related intermediation services under commission from partner financial institutions. If any damage is caused to customers due to reasons attributable to our company, such as intentional misconduct, negligence, or failure to exercise due care as a prudent manager in the course of performing these services, we shall be liable for compensation in accordance with our terms and conditions.

- Regarding financial service contracts to be concluded by customers, we will inform customers of the amount, maximum amount, or a summary of the calculation method of any fees (including remuneration, expenses, or any other consideration equivalent to fees) payable to our company. If such disclosure is not possible, we will inform customers of that fact and the reason.

Our company provides information and explanations to customers via our smartphone application or email. Documents related to transactions will be issued by the partner financial institution, not by our company. Customers shall conclude financial service contracts directly through the systems of the partner financial institution.
