Notice of Amendment to Terms and Conditions
Thank you for using Ria Kyodai Remittance.
We would like to inform you that we will amend a portion of our Terms and Conditions in order to clarify the eligibility requirements for member registration.
Effective Date
August 17, 2026
Summary of the Amendment
The Terms and Conditions will explicitly state that customers must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register as a member and use our remittance services.
Revised Provision
Article 2: Member Registration, Paragraph 1
In order to use the Fund Transfer Service, the Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and shall first complete Unidos' member registration and become a Unidos member.
Purpose of the Amendment
This amendment is intended to clarify the eligibility requirements for membership registration and provide greater transparency to our customers.
