Zero Fee Campaign for remittance to WeChat and AliPay

Campaign Period: November 19, 2025 – January 18, 2026

Participating Locations:

All Ria KYODAI Japan outlets and official digital platforms (KyodaiApp / Website)

 

Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

This campaign is open to all Ria KYODAI Japan customers, including both new and existing customers, under the following parameters:

New customers: Registered a new Ria KYODAI Japan account and made their first remittance via eWallet* during the campaign period.

Existing customers: Already had an account and made their first eWallet* remittance during the campaign period.

*Recipients must have a valid WeChat or Alipay e-wallet account in China to receive the remittance.

 

2. Campaign Offer

Ria KYODAI Japan will waive the first remittance fees for WeChat or Alipay transactions during the campaign period.

The zero-fee offer applies only to transactions sent to WeChat or Alipay valid accounts. Remittances sent through other channels (bank account, cash pick-up, or other e-wallets) are not eligible.


3. Transaction Limits

The zero-fee offer applies only to WeChat or Alipay remittances per eligible customer.

Ria KYODAI Japan reserves the right to set maximum limits per transaction or per customer for operational or regulatory compliance.

 

4. How to Participate

In-store:

New customers: Complete account registration and send your remittance to WeChat or Alipay valid accounts.

Existing customers: Send the first remittance to WeChat or Alipay valid accounts.

The zero fee will automatically be waived.

Online / App:

New customers: Register a beneficiary, select e-wallet (Payment mode), CNY (Currency), WeChat (134527311) or Alipay (133802711) (e-Wallet), and enter the recipient’s cellphone number (including +86), then complete the remittance.

Existing customers: Log in, select your beneficiary as the recipient, and change to send the remittance to WeChat (134527311) or Alipay (133802711) e-wallet account.

 

5. Important Notes

This campaign cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions, unless explicitly stated by Ria KYODAI Japan.

Only WeChat or Alipay remittances per eligible customer are eligible for zero fees.

Any transaction returned, canceled, or reversed will not be eligible for zero fees.

Ria KYODAI Japan reserves the right to verify customer eligibility.


6. Disclaimers

Ria Kyodai Japan is not responsible for delays, downtime, or errors in the recipient’s account caused by the WeChat Pay or Alipay system.

Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will result in immediate disqualification from the campaign.

Ria KYODAI Japan reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

The campaign and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Japanese law.

Any disputes arising from the campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
