Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This campaign is open to all Ria Kyodai Japan customers, including both new and existing customers.

• New customers: Individuals who register a new Ria Kyodai Japan account and send a remittance during the campaign period.
• Existing customers: Individuals who already have a Ria Kyodai Japan account and send a remittance to the Philippines during the campaign period.

Recipients must have a valid GCash e-wallet account in the Philippines to receive the remittance.

2. Campaign Offer

During the Campaign, Ria Kyodai Japan will waive all remittance fees for GCash transactions during the campaign period.

The zero-fee offer applies exclusively to remittances sent to GCash. Remittances sent via other channels, including bank accounts, cash pickup, or other e-wallets, are not eligible.

3. Transaction Limits

The zero-fee offer applies only to GCash remittances per eligible customer.

Ria Kyodai Japan reserves the right to set maximum limits per transaction or per customer for operational or regulatory compliance.

4. How to Participate

In-store:

• New customers: Complete account registration and send your remittance to GCash.
• Existing customers: Send a remittance to GCash.
• The remittance fee will be automatically waived at the time of the transaction.

Kyodai website or KyodaiApp:

1. Register an account in the Ria Kyodai App or Website.
2. Select E-wallet as the payment mode.
3. Select PHP (Currency)
4. Select GCash (E-Wallet)
5. Enter the recipient’s mobile phone number, including the country code +63 (for Philippine numbers) or +81 (for Japanese numbers). The leading zero should be omitted.
6. Complete the remittance.

• This campaign cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions, unless explicitly stated by Ria Kyodai Japan. 
• All e-wallet remittances for eligible customers are eligible for a zero-fee.
• Any transaction returned, canceled, or reversed will not be eligible for zero fees.
• Ria Kyodai Japan reserves the right to verify customer eligibility.
• Once submitted, the transaction cannot be modified.

6. Disclaimers

Ria Kyodai Japan is not responsible for GCash system delays, downtime, or errors in the recipient’s account.

Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in immediate disqualification from the campaign.

Ria Kyodai Japan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law
