Campaign Name: KYODAI Bank Linkage Fee Free Campaign
Period: March 10, 2026 – July 31, 2026
Definition: For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “month” refers to a calendar month based on Japan Standard Time (JST), from 00:00 on the 1st to 23:59 on the last day of each month.
Applicable Service: Linkage Fee (KYODAI Bank Service Usage Fee)
Application Timing: Applied to the linkage fee incurred when making an overseas remittance from a KYODAI Bank account.
*“Linkage Fee” refers to the service usage fee (275 JPY) incurred when making an overseas remittance from a KYODAI Bank account.
1. Eligibility
This campaign is open to the following users:
- Ria Kyodai customers who have an active KYODAI Bank account.
- Customers who have already opened a regular savings account with UI Bank (as required to use KYODAI Bank services).
2. Campaign Offer
- The linkage fee (KYODAI Bank Service Usage Fee, 275 JPY) will be free of charge.
- This campaign may be combined with other promotions.
3. Qualifying Transaction
This campaign applies to the linkage fee incurred when making an overseas remittance from a KYODAI Bank account.
4. Important Notes
This campaign applies only to the linkage fee (KYODAI Bank Service Usage Fee) and does not apply to overseas remittance fees or any other fees.
5. Disclaimers
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from failures, delays, or maintenance of banking systems, ATMs, payment networks, or related systems.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- The determination of the applicability of the free linkage fee will be made at the Company’s reasonable discretion.

7. Governing Law
