WHAT IS THE Ria KYODAI SMART CARD?
The Ria KYODAI Smart Card is a card to deposit money directly to your balance in your Ria KyodaiApp
with just ONE ATM FEE deposit for one or several transactions.
Using your Ria KyodaiApp, you can make a money transfer order to 1 or more of your beneficiaries.
The deposit service is available at Japan Post Bank ATMs and Lawson Bank ATMs nationwide.

How to use your Ria Kyodai Card at Seven Bank ATMs?
1. In the Seven Bank ATMs, select the “Deposit / Withdrawal Money Transfer”
2. Select “Card transaction”
3. Insert the card
4. Select the transaction “お預入れ”(Deposit)
5. The fees screen will appear
6. Insert the amount to deposit
7. Confirm the amount
8. Return the card

You can send money to any of the 32,000 ATMs of the Japan Post Bank.

LAWSON BANK ATM SERVICE
Now you can also use your Ria KYODAI Smart Card in any Lawson Bank ATM.
Lawson Bank has more than 13,000 ATMs across Japan, which work
24 hours a day, 365 days a year

HOW TO SEND MONEY
Then go to your KyodaiApp and once the balance is updated, click on send money now, and select your beneficiary or beneficiaries to make the remittance.
IMPORTANT POINTS:
- The Ria KYODAI Smart Card is only for charging your balance in the KyodaiApp.
- Only the cardholder of the Ria KYODAI Smart Card can use it. To do so, they must be registered as Ria KYODAI Remittance customers, as stipulated in the International Remittance Transaction Terms.
- KYODAI Remittance Money Transfer Fee is applied separately for each receiving country.
- Only bills can be deposited into the ATM.
- The Remittance will be made after deducting the KYODAI Remittance Money Transfer Fee and ATM fee. You can check the Fee table here
- The limits of sending money depend on the receiving country.
- Please inform Ria KYODAI Customer Service when your card is missing, stolen, or damaged.
