How to receive money in Japan
You will need:
- The transaction PIN NUMBER (reference number) .
- A valid and official personal identification in Japan (with picture).
- Fill in the "Statement for Remittance with Declaration" form (will be provided at the counter).
- If this is your first time using Kyodai´s Remittance service, you must first registered as a member.
VERY IMPORTANT
The beneficiary´s name consigned in the transaction MUST match 100% with the name on the ID presented (same name order of names, same characters).
It is highly advisable to check with the sender the accuracy of the information prior to visit our counters.
Kyodai Remittance reserves the right to refuse payment until the necessary corrections are made.

What Personal Identification Documents to present
a. Foreigners: Valid Residence Card, including your current address.
b. Japanese Nationals: Valid Driver's License or My Number card including your current address.
c. Other cases different from 1 and 2, please contact us for proper guidance.
TO BE NOTED
Payments over 200,000 JPY must be pre-arranged with the branch where you wish to receive the money.
