KYODAI STAR AWARDS 2025[ 2025-01-20 ]

1.4.Permission:
KYODAI Remittance may ask winners to grant permission to use their name, nationality, photo and prize details for promotional purposes.

1.5.Photo Request:
Winners are encouraged to share photos of themselves with their prizes for promotional use by emailing them to marketing@kyodai.co.jp These photos may be shared on our social media channels and website.

1.6.Amendments:
KYODAI Remittance reserves the right to amend these terms, cancel or replace the campaign, change prizes, or alter any other aspect of the campaign at any stage if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to participants in advance through appropriate channels.

2. STARS GRANTING PROCEDURE

2.1.Starting Star Score:

The starting score is equivalent to KYODAI Stars and is determined based on the following criteria:

• Active customers will begin with a new score as of January 1, 2025. Scores from the 2024 edition will not carry over.

• To view your updated score, please make a remittance during the campaign period.

2.2.Transaction History Score:

Each active customer is assigned an initial score based on their transaction history from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024:

• The first 20 transactions will earn 1 KYODAI Star each

• Subsequent transactions will earn 0.5 KYODAI Stars each

2.3. Members Score:

• Customers registered in 2023 will receive 10 KYODAI Stars

• Customers registered since 2024 will receive 20 KYODAI Stars

2.4. KyodaiApp Bonus Score:

• KyodaiApp users will receive an additional 20 KYODAI Stars

2.5.KYODAI Stars for Transactions:

KYODAI Stars are granted based on remittance amounts:

• 1 KYODAI star for remittances up to 30,000 JPY

• 2 KYODAI stars for remittances from 30,001 to 100,000 JPY

• 3 KYODAI stars for remittances over 100,000 JPY

2.6.Friends Campaign:

• Presenters will receive 10 KYODAI Stars for each referral made in 2025

2.7. Where to Check Your Stars:
You can view your KYODAI Star count through the following channels:

• KYODAI App

• SMS receipt

• Digital receipt sent by email

• Remittance receipt

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

3.1.Qualifying Transactions:

Transactions made until the day before each monthly raffle are eligible to participate in that month's draw. The raffle date will be announced in advance to ensure participants are aware of the timeline.

3.2. Individual Customers:
Senders and receivers must be individual customers, not companies.

3.3.Ineligibility:
KYODAI Remittance employees, their families, KYODAIi Market employees, and KYODAI partners' staff are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

3.4.ID Requirement:
A valid, non-expired ID (Resident Card or equivalent) is required to be eligible for the raffle.

3.5.Category Participation:
Customers in higher categories will automatically be entered into raffles for all lower categories. This means they are eligible to win prizes from both higher and lower categories.

3.5.1. If a participant wins a prize in this Campaign, they will not be eligible to participate in any other active KYODAI Remittance campaigns during the same period.

3.6 Prize Claim: Winners must claim their prize within 60 days of the raffle date, presenting a valid ID for verification. After 60 days, the prize will expire and will not be awarded to the winner.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

4.1. Total Winners:

There will be 100 winners in each raffle.

4.2.Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified by SMS, email, or phone call. Winners will be asked to choose their prizes and confirm their address or email for delivery of the prize.

4.3.Prize Options:

KYODAI Remittance reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal value, if necessary.

5. DISCLAIMER

5.1. KYODAI Remittance reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel or alter the Promotion at any stage if deemed necessary. 

5.1.1. In case of any amendment, alteration, or cancellation of the promotion, KYODAI Remittance will notify customers of any changes through our official website and social media channels.

5.2. KYODAI Remittance is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the acceptance or use of the prize. By participating in the campaign, entrants agree to the full Terms and Conditions and consent to the use of their personal data as outlined in the KYODAI Remittance privacy policy.
