Seven Bank QR Zero Fee Campaign
1. Campaign Period
The campaign is valid from August 25, 2026, 12:00 a.m. to September 7, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (JST).
2. Eligibility
The campaign is open to customers who meet all the following conditions:
- Are new customers or existing customers who have never used the QR Code Top-up service in the Ria Kyodai App before.
- Have a valid Ria Kyodai account.
- Use the Seven Bank ATM QR Code deposit service to top up their Ria Kyodai account during the campaign period.
- Complete an eligible international money transfer during the campaign period.
- For the first 5,000 customers who are eligible for the campaign
3. Campaign Offer
Eligible customers will receive a Zero (0) Transfer Fee on one (1) qualifying international money transfer completed during the campaign period.
The offer applies only to the transfer fee charged by Ria Kyodai and does not apply to:
- Exchange rate margins.
- Seven Bank ATM deposit fees.
- Taxes or other third-party charges, if applicable.
4. Limitations
- Limited to one (1) fee-free transfer per eligible customer.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- The campaign may end early if the promotional budget is exhausted.
5. Ineligible Transactions
The following transactions are not eligible:
- Transactions without a valid Promo Code.
- Transactions not funded through the Seven Bank ATM QR Code deposit service.
- Transactions made using any other deposit method.
- Customers who have previously completed a QR Code Top-up using the Ria Kyodai App.
- Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions.
- Transactions that violate Ria Kyodai's Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
6. Fraud Prevention
Ria Kyodai reserves the right to:
- Verify customer eligibility.
- Reject transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
- Cancel promotional benefits obtained through fraudulent activities.
7. Campaign Changes
Ria Kyodai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time due to operational, legal, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during the campaign will be processed in accordance with Ria Kyodai's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this campaign, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions. Ria Kyodai's decision regarding any aspect of the campaign shall be final.
